Page load but the menus did not?

I did make a small change yesterday trying optimize page load times and increase latency score.

Seems to have stopped

There were two things changed yesterday. I just reverted one. The one I think may be connected to the issue.

Give it 10 mins.
If it happens again please let me know so I can disable the second adjustment.
