P500 Won't start in gear with foot on break petal.

2015 500 SxS, until 6 months ago I could push down the break petal and start the engine in any gear. Now it must be in neutral to start, is there a sensor, spring or something else I need to check to regain this feature?

Yes, the brake light switch.
Check to see if your brake light is coming on, if not then the switch is out of adjustment or has failed.
