P1000 Wont go over 13mph

I have a 2016 pioneer 1000 deluxe, it will not go over 13mph like it has some sort of limiter on it. I shifts fine and and accelerates just like normal then hits a wall at 13mph. I am at a loss and have no clue what else it can be. We have recently replaced both clutch assemblies, and oil pressure sensors It is not throwing any check engine lights. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Do you have your seat belts fasten?

Yes and it doesnt have any wires going to the seat belt no seat belt light is on

Can you shift it through all the gears in manual?

it shifts all the way to 4th then shifts back down to third due to lack of speed im assuming.

Send it back to the dealer that did the clutch update.
They left some of the wiring loose I would think.

Thanks for the help, It seems that the previous owner had a 2017 ECM in it. I just put a 2016 ECM in it and it seems to be working just as it should. Hopefully that fixed it. Thanks again

Do you have the 2017 ECM? I'd be interested in buying it if the price was right.

Do you know if the machine remembered the previous mode AT/MT/sport like a 16 or 17?

Yours is most likely the seat belt switch, plugin or wiring to it. '16 did not have the seat belt switch so if you use a '17 and up ecu on a '16 machine you have to ground a pin on the ecu, reflash it to remove it or swap to a '16 ecu.
