BRed Won’t rev

2009 Honda big red MUV New cam new piston new fuel pump gets to half throttle and starts cutting out. I know it’s time right? Does anybody have any thoughts? Help appreciate it.

No it cuts out. The only thing I haven’t done is put an injector in it and that will be here tomorrow.
