Howdy, and Welcome.
.
The simple answer. Your dual battery system is NOT hooked up properly.
If it was, your primary battery would not be effected by anything you do or run.
.
Read through this other post and fix what isn't hooked up correctly.
.
Have a good day

Ive have a front and rear wench.
they MUST be wired to the secondary battery or u will loose power to specific drive components. @smilingu you need to get whatever winch is on that primary battery off and onto the secondary battery.

looks like 1 winch is on 1 battery and 1 is on the other? guessing the driver side selenoid is for the rear winch?

That's right yellow and blue wires go to back winch, looks like I'll have to figure out what dealer did and fix it

Does anybody know where the black wire harness under the positive post on solenoid is supposed to go they jumped the two solenoids together looks like the black harness is how they got power and I need to remove that and replace it with positive from aux battery

I think it is going to the starter relay.
.
I found this other post that should help you.
.
His first post, where he says Item #2
"-the larger black cable coming out of the left side of the contactor is the winch battery cable that runs to the starter relay and then the red cable runs back to the stock battery."
.
Edit to add
and his pic half way down the page, looks exactly like yours
.
Have a good day

Thanks that looks like the same setup so you hook up the wire from starter to solenoid and move it from solenoid to second battery, then 2nd battery (+) to winch solenoid ? Then move (-) from main battery to winch solenoid over to 2nd battery ? Wire coming off starter solenoid is always live , wouldn't that just keep both batteries connected ? Sorry they sure make it confusing
