P500 Winch contactor location

I'm finally getn around to wiring up my kfi stealth winch. Is there any inherent problems placing the solenoid under the passenger seat.The wires reach almost exactly and there is a small basket like area here. Yeah, where is says"no storage". Maybe I should ask what are the problems? Thanks

If you swap wires you can put the contactor up under the hood, it a little higher and dryer there
