That is a factory Maverick X3 and it's built like no other SXS from a chassis integrity standpoint. He was also very lucky.

So do you place any blame in the guy filming video while standing right in his path? I know if I were the driver, and catching a glimpse of someone standing in my way would make me either let off the throttle at the wrong time or make a steering correction that could spell disaster.

A buddy of mine just bought a new x3. The cage is all one piece. And it looks like it's built like a tank. Awesome machine.

Just because the roll cage holds up that don't mean you won't

The Honda cage would be in pieces before it was halfway down the hill.

I bent mine doing a stupid little donut going about 5 mph.

It works for rolling once, but further than that and there isn't many companies that offer something that can withstand more than that.
