I have to have full coverage on all golf cart to drive where we go on vacation.

I have thought about it for the sxs. Mostly for theft.
Haven't been riding on group rides with strangers so collision seems needless.
Just private land with friends in dense places and is slow going thru creeks and heavy brush.
I plan to pay as I go for repairs not under warranty.

Any one, any advice?

Everyone needs full coverage. If you can spend 17k on a machine you can spend $<$300 year for full coverage.

Trust me. Alot better then being out $9 grand for an unexpected wreck.

Add it to your home owners. Full coverage is way less expensive than previously mentioned. Wanna say mine was $200 for the year full coverage and 500 dollar deductible.

All my trailers etc are on my home owners so that they are covered in the event of theft, weather, etc.

Absolutely must have liability. Some one riding shotgun gets a stick in the eye or much worse your screwed!

I have a foremost (sister company to farmers) policy. Between $200 - $300 annually I think.

Progressive - $154.

Careful relying on your homeowners policy. If it is not scheduled properly on the policy the coverage stops once you leave your property. And some won't cover it once it leaves the property - that is when you need to go to Progressive or someone who writes SXS's on their own policy.

I have full coverage I think I pay like $180/yr. With as much as these machines cost its pretty stupid not to have Insurance.

Friend!$$:( is our insurance agent.

But if I decide to come undone and take out some anti I4wd people, I have the comfort knowing...I'm covered..;)

$34 a month through USAA which uses Progressive for ATV/motorcycle policies.

It's a bit high, though, since I had two at fault accidents within two years after 20 years of no tickets or accidents.
I too have USAA but they cover it not progressive, great company never had an issue.
