I ordered a Torchbeam T2 H13/9008 LED bulb kit thinking it was the right part for my model but it doesn’t have a compatible connector. Can anyone tell me which connector/model I need? I have used the search function…

Thanks in advance,

Thank you! I’ll wait until they are back in stock…

I've got a similar but different issue. I have a set of factory LED headlights for a 21 Talon but of coarse my 22 Talon uses a different plug. Been meaning to contact @Hondasxs to see if he could make some sorta adapter. I imagine thats the same reason the add a light in the club store is listed as 21 and older?

Make sure you get bulbs that are adjustable! In my '22 trail one bulb sit vertical and the other is approximately 25 degrees off vertical. At first I thought I installed the bulb wrong, but on mine the three "grooves" are not the same on both of the Honda lights. I did some searching and found the better LED bulbs have a set screw that allows you to set the vertical position

The ones I posted have a lock ring that lets you adjust position.

Okay, I figured what I did wrong. When I pulled the bulb off the connector I broke it leaving part of the bulb in the connector. I’ll post pictures this afternoon.

These worked perfect in mine. Does the Forrest have a different connector than the base model?

That’s what I thought was weird because I used your recommendation on the bulbs and I appreciate your response. I screwed up when I disconnected the connector and left part of the bulb in it.

This is what I did wrong: when I separated the bulb from the connector this all should have come out in one piece. Instead the part below stuck in the connector preventing the new bulb from going in. I hope this helps other people that are mechanical knuckle heads like me…

You got it figured. That’s what matters.
