Wheel not turning?

Help please! So i went out to ride my 06 rubicon 500 and the front left wheel wouldn't turn its locked up? Any ideas on what's causing this?

I have no clue what happened but it's turning now! I decided to try and drive it to the back yard and while I was doing that it started turning! I will look and check every thing out when I put the new axle in that's been broken since July
