P1000 What's this random bracket

Been lurking since I bought my 1000-5 and copying most of your recommendations and mods. Thanks

I was installing the dei heat shield last night and I found this random bracket laying on some of the engine wiring harnesses. It wasn't the best lightning so I didn't see it as I was taking the screws and body rivets out or hear it fall.

So..what is this...
