P1000m5 what's this go to

working on my heat shield took back panel of seat off to install heat shield and this bracket was laying on the engine. does it go on the pannel and if so does there supposed to be 2. n how does it supposed to go on. help! want to get it done right the 1st time. thanks

thanks! signal and internet is extremely slow or bad at my house. I had it on correctly the 1st time just second guessing. lol hate it when I do that. but didnt want to be riding and something stupid break. lol.
