What is this with the open end tubing?

At the bottom of the rubber part with "up" on it?

Just an exhaust rubber mount hook.

That would be a rubber exhaust hanger and the bottom piece is bracket from the muffler into it. The metal on top is a support to the frame for all that Mumbo jumbo to attach to.

It’s not tubing just a swell to keep the rubber mount on.. it’s all correct

I just saw it today when I was mounting the rear wheels, and had no idea what the flexible hose was for ..... lol. Thought maybe something had fallen off.

It's the hose for exhaust fluid and should have a cap on it.
