It's pretty damn thin. When I welded an x brace in the top of mine and supports on the back I was pretty disappointed. Had to be very careful not to blow holes. I should've just built a new cage but didn't have time.

I used dom for splicing the cage back together it's some expensive stuff!

Way cheaper than CM

I typically use DOM. It's way cheaper than chrome moly and is plenty strong.

There is 3 different thicknesses depending on which bar. The B pillar was the thickest. Don't remember the exacts but think i still have pieces to measure if needed. I think the thickest was 2mm or 0.078".
