VOX options for Baofeng radios

Is there a decent VOX option for the Baofeng radios?

My daughter rides a 4 wheeler while I'm in the Pioneer. We communicate with an earpiece and PTT, but having VOX would be nice and much easier on her wearing a helmet.

Had some riders with this turned on. It seemed to pick up the machine as that's all we heard. I had to track them down and turn it off.
Maybe with a helmet ear/mouthpiece it might do better.
