Ok I'm almost finished runningy vent lines up. I have fuel, subtrans, rear diff, and 4wd selector box done. Need to do fan.
So I have two questions....

1• under driver seat on what appears to be the water pump is vent line running straight down. I'm assuming this is the water pump weep line. Has anyone snorkeled this..is it necessary?

2• The front diff vent goes way up under the dash. Should I go ahead and do this one anyway?...or leave it be.

I extended my front diff up the ROPS, but left the other alone! Better safe than sorry;)

So I'm perplexed... why is this necessary? I mean I understand why.. it's just why? How many miles did we put on our old 3 wheelers & 4 wheelers and never worried about venting anything, and they were 6 inches off the ground. For the most part we were pretty trouble free... why does it seem that it wasn't an issue back the BUT here were are now venting everything higher.

You should do both diffs though. It's cheap, just do them all.

Intake
Front diff
Rear diff
Sub trans
Fuel tank
Cable adjustment box
Radiator fan motor

Oh yeah, I put small fuel filters on the ends to keep dust out.

It's under the rear driver side floor board on the P1000-5. It holds the adjustment for the rear locking differential. You don't want those cables to seize, rubber hose is cheap.
I've already done all of the others... don't know how I missed this one. Gonna happen, thats for sure!

Thanks for the information...
