Universal Power Sports llc ?

I purchased a glass windshield for my Pioneer last week. I received it last Thursday night 11/12z When I opened the package the center of the windshield was shattered. I have been unable to get any response from the seller (Universal Power Sports LLC). I purchased it from their eBay sight. Anyone have any advice or know people from this company. It has been nearly a week of complete radio silence from them. Starting to get a little frustrated. Thanks!

If you used a credit card file a charge back claim.

By the way, the shop I work for (Honda of Fairfield) is Incorporated under the name "Universal Powersports" in Ohio. We are in no way affiliated with this version of " Universal Powersports".
