P1000 Turn Signal Location

Seems like the perfect place for a turn signal/parking lights, if somebody could make the lenses to fit. I'm thinking a raised/trapazoidal style

That is a good spot. You may even be able to fit up to 3 of those round LED signal lights on a row. Not as sexy as the lens design you mentioned but it would be functional.

Someone really could build something for that spot and it would be pretty trick. Almost strange Honda didn't build a kit with that in mind but I suppose they just left it to the aftermarket word. The tail lights can be converted to turn signals as well. It seems you like the cleaner look is why I suggest that.

I went to Autozone and bought a switch, relay (clicker) and LED lights, I already had wiring. Turned out pretty good and looks fairly stock, I think.

sometimes Canadian models have amber lenses on the front of units....do we have any Canadian members on here? maybe Honda makes a cover for that exact spot that we don't know about.

I ran across these on EBay...thought about putting them on my brushguard for turn signals. Anybody done it?

I tried the motorcycle fork led turn signals and they turned out pretty good
