P1000 True isolator issues

The True isolator went bad after 5 years, I ordered a new replacement and installed two new batteries with the new isolator. The isolator worked one day then quit. Trueam sent me a new one and he walked me through the install. Everything seemed to check out and it worked fine for several days then quit. I have checked all my connections and voltages, can't find anything wrong. Anyone have an idea what could could be causing my problem?

Is there any way you can test the isolator in a different machine?
A bad isolator, can happen.
But to have three go down back to back to back seems odd.
I hope someone has a better idea, but it seems like something is shorting/hitting the isolators. 🤞

Battery Ground wire connections clean & tight?
Ground wire from Isolator connected to a clean metal ground.
Battery maintainer cables causing any problems?
