I have always tied my P1000-5 to the trailer using the front bumper and rear roll cage. I ordered a towable cover from Honda, and those tie down points are covered by the cover. Where do you guys that use a cover for towing tie down your rig? Looks like it would have to be much lower. The only thing I see are the A-arms, and did not want to tie to those.

On the rear I've got a tow loop in the hitch. String it through that. And in front I went through the front bumper.

Thanks Plumber 32 and bigbuggy for the tips.
I bought this cover to use on a out of state trip and after it arrived I see that the recommended speed limit for towing is 55 mph has any one used this cover at a higher speed say 65 to 70 mph? If so how did it hold up? Any issues or problems?

They have speed restrictions on all their accessories. Roof, windshield, mid panel etc.

I have towed with the roof and windshield in excess of 80mph.
On my way to takeover, i had the roof on, mid panel rolled up, and upper half of windshield removed. I hit 95 a few times rolling down the mountains to get momentum to climb them.

Makes sure it is tight to your machine, and flaping of the cover will damage paint or windshields.

If it touches a plastic windshield it will scratch it up. You should put some of that protective plastic film on it to protect it.
