I am running 28inch SunF tires came with my 700-4 but sxs wont even go past 39mph any input on this? Are they heavy tires ? Also they are on stock rims Thanks guys

Are you going by the speedometer or by gps speed?

The 28" sunF tires are about 11-13 lbs heavier. It might be enough to take off a few mph from the top. They are also 3" taller than stock.

I run 28s too and if I only have 8 to twelve lb. of air I can only do 39 or 40mph
If I run 15 to 20lb.it will go 44.
Also extra weight and a full shield will factor in as well.
