P500 Tires? wheel off-set?

These questions have haunted me since joining this group. So I have an idea what Offset means, but tires? What size tires will fit the 520's factory rims? I will be riding mostly forest service roads in the northwest and have come across some really nasty rocks that have taken out pickup tires, so the more plys the better. So I get a 4x3 offset will give me a wider stance for taller tires but may compromise trail restricted areas.

RipSaws, Big Horn OG's, BlackWater EVO's...all thick heavy tires. You can fit 9's in front and 11's in rear on factory wheels. Aftermarkets are 7" and you can mount whatever width tire you want.
