P1000 Tire Recommendation

Looking for some recommendations for street/trail tires. Probably more street than trail.

BFG All Terrain KO's, its a light truck tire.

I have the Sedona Rock a Billy's 28x10x14 on Raceline Scorpion wheels 14x7 w/5+2 offset and love them so far! They are a radial and ride awesome down the road. I have really lost no power or top speed. Still hit 65mph with basically full cab but soft doors. I have not made to any real off-road stuff besides bombing through corn fields and snow drifts but they don't seem like they will disappoint me when I get to the parks either.

I've really been thinking about a set for my 700. Or any of the truck style tires. I'd like to stay with 27" so I can still fit in the garage.
