P1000m3 Tire question used P1k-3

I recently purchased a used 2016 P1k-3
It has 26-10-12 on rear and 26-8-12 on the front
When I picked it up from the dealer they threw 2 rear tires in the bed and said those were original on it which are 27-11-12
So which one is correct and wonder why the tire size difference?
What would be the recommendation for tire size?

If it's a base model the stock rear size is 27-11-12. The fronts are 27-9-12

You can do a million different combinations from that......
