P700 Tinted windshield

Just got my SuperAtv full windshield for my pioneer 700 was wondering if anybody tinted their windshield? How is it lasting so far?

Tint bubbles up on a poly windshield, it won't last.

Why would anyone want to tint a windshield, most of the time we are all searching for more light.

I did it on a half shield, which I don't really look through anyway. Was told it wouldn't last and went ahead and did it anyway, they were right. Poly emits some kind of gas when heated up.
