BRed Timing mark

Can somebody please explain the timing marks on a 2009 big red crank it looks to have a T and F on the crank I set the camshaft to the T but it still will not idle up. It seems to cut out about mid Idol and yes, I did replace the cam.

Sorry, not familiar with that specific engine but that's why I would get a shop manual.
