Depends what type of snow and mud. Soft fluffy snow we’ve been flying through 2 feet easily but been stuck in 10”. I gotta go with mud as worse, especially sticky clay

I'm with @CumminsPusher....... depends totally on the snow but some good clay mud is waaaayyyyyyyy tougher than snow.
