Made these for my Talon and thought maybe others would be interested. So many small details that Honda missed.

We have a revised tube plug design that will be available in a few weeks. We will also be adding customer requested rear frame tube plugs. New and revised parts will be 3d printed with flexible urethane filament and have our logo.

Please make these for the KRX too if you can. The only thing available for it are OEM ones that don't hold well and fall out or some bling billet crap that cost way to much money to tear up on rocks. As an added bonus the KRX frame plugs also fit their bumpers so there are lots of customers for them out there.

I’ll have to locate a donor for measurements. Those are less popular around me than just about any machine out there.

I'll send you the one I have that didn't fall out if your intrested. PM me your address and I'll ship it over to you. The frame tube size is 1-3/4" x .083 for reference.

Weird you don't have alot of KRX's out your way. I went to Barnwell Mtn 2 weeks ago and KRX's outnumbered any other brand there 3-1. Same at NWOHV in Bridgeport last Saturday. I've seen exactly 1 Talon the two weekends I've been out riding.

Revised seat tube end plug. My printing buddy will be making a batch of these over the weekend so that by next week they will be available in the store. These will be listed for sale individually so that customers can order however many they want.

Facebook people are always so friendly! 👎 I hate posting things on there but it does usually help sales. They are always quick to point out other places to buy from, “better” products or other similar Amazon products. It’s just rude to hijack my post for that crap.

@highpocket74 hooked me up with a couple of custom frame plugs for my KRX. These fit so much better and tighter than the factory plugs that I'm not worried about them ever getting knocked out by a rock like the stock hard plastic plugs. 3D printing is some wild and cool stuff!

Got my Frame and driver's seat plugs. Very nice. Looks like they'll hold up and stay put. If you have the earlier seat plugs, these are worth spending a few measly bucks. I'll post photos the coming week.

The earlier, hard plastic seat tube plugs fit well and I've never had one fall out. Those won't fit the frame tubes with a very slight difference in inside diameter. When developing the frame tube plugs, we decided to go with flexible material that would allow the same part to fit both locations.
