Trying a 2 day ride in Tackett

My first attempt at v-notch was a no go. 2 seater tyrex busted a balljoint and had it blocked. Their buddies were gone to get parts. It was gonna be 2 hours at least.

We ran into 2 gates trying to get around v-notch. Turned around at 1 and the 2nd was open. Went through it and looped all the way around and went to bottle rock from the opposite side. Had to backtrack all the way out because I knew that Gate was on the other end. I'm sure all that's gonna be shut down before long.

I see the gate(on my maps) that you're probably talking about on the other end of the trail. That's how I planned to go out but now idk.

It was open around thanksgiving. But closed end of Jan. I was told there is a by passtrail way before the road..

I made it up v-notch. It was getting late and I didn't want to waste an hour going around. Decided I was just gonna go as far as I could and winch the rest of the way up. Well I figured what the hell, I give it 1 good full send. I about died but I made it lol. Video to come.

If I hadn't seen some of you guys do this on video, there is no f***ing way I would've tried it. Definitely the toughest obstacle I've ever accomplished.

She was scared to death last night. The wind was blowing and it sounded just like people walking around our tent. She slept with a headlamp on and a pistol in her hand. Lol

That's what I told my wife that dude took a 500 up it. It's pretty impressive making it in any machine but especially the 500.
