Switch Plate
I bought this switch plate immediately after buying my 2020 1000-5. Never dreamed I'd need more space for switches than this has, but of course, I need three more rectangle holes. I like the one I have from a quality perspective, but have no idea from where I got it. Any recommendations regarding quality alternatives that will line up with the existing holes to rivit into the dash?

Drives me crazy. There's just no room to get my hand or any tool in there to tighten it up. I'm thinking a new switchplate would fix that since I could tighten it up before I rivit the plate in. I'm embarrassed to even show it crooked like that!

Get in touch with @mystic1219 his are steel and good quality. They are made to line up with existing holes in the dash, and I think he has a few options as far as number of switches and volt meter location. Mine has 12 switches and a voltmeter, and I wish I had room for more. To secure mine I drilled out the rivet holes and installed rivet nuts. They are basically rivets that have bolt threads in them. Then my panel is just held in with 6mm metric screws. Way easier than drilling out rivets every time....I can post pics if needed...good luck

Next time use black screws or the fender push clips. It needs to be removable.
