P700 Spark plugs

I am new a green rookie to sxs. But I noticed several people carry a extra spark plug with them how often to they foul when riding. Is this incase of immersion or will they just fail.

I don’t carry extra plugs but I change them out once a year. Justin Case. Sidebar:‘17 and newer have two plugs. 😉😎

Actually, I think the dual plugs started in 2015.

Plugs do foul. It's not often these days, but it does happen, esp since they tend to be out of sight and mind. Something like a roll might get oil in the chamber and do them no favors (don't try and start the machine!). Cheap insurance.
