Trying to figure out how to lift the front up at a 45 deg and support it so it doesnt fall on me. And where the lifting points are so not in the way of the install. Any pics or advice

neighbor has a huge back hoe but dont trust it without support

Similar idea to the chain hoist . . . when I built the RV garage, I reinforced the finished attic floor to support an I-beam and hoist to allow moving heavy objects into the upstairs gun room (like a safe!). Also comes in handy for hoisting the Honda up or whatever else of reasonable size needs lifting to make work easier. I've lifted the sxs higher then this, also put one end on ramps and lifted the other etc.

I also use jack stands (not shown in pic above), and sometime put one end on ramps before lifting the other. Just depends on how much room is needed. I've used 4 ramps as well, which works too if you can do without a whole lot of extra clearance.

I used 4 ramps. Two 2x4s 3 jacks stands a couple of bottle jacks and some blocks. Just used the bottle jacks under the 2x4s with the big plate on top until I got it where it needed to be.

So nobody is concerned about the lift device failing? No jack stands?
If you lift the front, stand straight up, very little weight to allow it to fall its all on rear tires, rollbar. Done a handful using a chain hoist in this manner. Using the winch is even faster.
