I never liked the door slop on my brand new 1000 5 LE from day 1 so..

I got the new bushings, proceeded to remove the door hinge bolts and because they are cheap soft material, stripped the heads on 6 of 8...
This bushing swap should have been a 10 minute swap if the bolts weren't over tightened..
Anyway, I had to drill then easy out the OEM bolts, clean up the threads and start back together with quality bolts..
The new bushings however, took out the door slop and they close with no rattle like a Honda product should.
Better luck removing your bolts when you do your bushings.

Ive had several bolts on my machine that i have had to easyout. They must use a torque wrench at the factory.
