I highly recommend doing business with our club store. I purchased a winch some time back and broke it. @Hondasxs sent the repair parts very quickly at no charge. He really went over and above what I expected! Thanks for taking care of me!!!

Ya issues happen sometimes but its best to get them taken care of vs stringing them along.
Yet, there have been a few doozie issues. I just hope those customers were satisfied with what I was able to control.

The club store has great customer service. Recently bought a winch toggle, after I installed and played with it for a minute, it died. Contacted store about it on Monday morning, and I had a replacement in my hand by Thursday, no questions asked. Swapped it out in a matter of about a minute, and I am back to operational.
