Hello. I installed one of these super great rear windshields to replace the not so great OEM vinyl units with the wimpy zipper. It has some sizable gaps at the corners and curious if anyone has implemented a clever way to seal these up for dust. I am jamming a towel in there for now and that works, but thinking more long term on ideas.

I have the Lamborghini upper doors too, so dust is tamed pretty well, but there is this annoying gap in the corners...

Thanks in advance for your feedback and sharing your experience and ideas.

Maybe @SuperATV should throw in some stickers to help seal up the gaps 🙄.

Towels for now until I get a spark of creativity. Not pretty, but functional until they fall through the gaping holes. Super ATV may want to enhance this product a bit to fill these gaps. Or, supply a couple of color coordinated towels and instructions on how to properly stuff them into the holes.

If I was going to block those off, I'd cut some templates out of non-corrugated cardboard (think cereal boxes) to fit. The idea would be to then cut permanent gap fillers from 1/8" thick neoprene (or similar) rubber sheet - available on Amazon etc. The blocks would be attached to the polycarbonate (trade name Lexan) rear window with suitable nuts & bolts with a fender washer on the rubber surface inside the windshield. The sealing surfaces would be cut large, so when closing window the edges would be "tucked in" with enough overlap that they will stay in place. This should work well and would look okay too - or at least a lot better than towels!
