P1000m5 Seatbelt tension adjustable ?

On my first long ride in my '17 P1K-5LE I notice me constantly trying to adjust the shoulder strap of my seatbelt...way too tight for comfort. Is there an adjustment?

I use seat belt pads they protect your shoulder

I used a zip tie around the belt up top to keep it from pulling in too much.
