P1000 Seat upgrade

I know the 500s get seat upgrades from time to time, but anyone on a 1000?
I ask because the right cab and shirt travel of my 500 is becoming a problem for my aging back.
I sat in a popo a few weeks ago and I must admit it was cozy. I'd rather get cozy in a Honda though

I like the seat in the 1000... it's very useful and comfortable too. I don't think I would call it cozy, but I've never felt uncomfortable in it. plus I'm getting too old to be crawling in and out of bucket seats.lol I won't be changing anytime soon.

Good point. I had a buckets in my car many moons ago and had to roll my old a.. out of it. and that was 8 years ago. I used to look around to see if anyone was watching. I'm going to test drive 1000. I did 3+ hours in the seat Fri and it was all i could stand.

I would wait a bit, I have a feeling Honda will have a factory-installed solution in the works.

The way the roll cage sits in a P1k the seats I used in my P500 lean back to far, just enough to not look right and lose a bit of legroom. Also the P1K by default is way more comfortable ride than P500 as is.

I'm with Pete, love the stock bench seat. I've had 2 back surgeries but still comfortable after hours of abuse.

We just put 250 miles in ours in the Colorado mountains the last two weeks with no complaints. Much easier on our old bones than crawling in and out of bucket seats and quicker too.

Or a 4wheeler. Wife and I did 4 hrs on our foreman at RRB and I thought I'd be crippled for life lol.

Those SRA machines are a man killer. Especially the first ones with a straight front axle. About like having to drive an old Dodge 4WD pickup.

Ain't that the truth! Got a buddy with that old 350D straight front axle. You couldn't pay me to trail ride that sucker lol

I'm sure he does. I stopped listening to Honda rumors in mid 90s waiting on the 1100XX Blackbird to come out. Honda is the king when it comes to rumor mill lol. Personally, I believe it when it's sitting in the showroom floor. But I don't have inside info like some on here.
