RPM at top speed

Sounds like the p500 tops out around 41mph give or take. We cruise some long (12 miles+)stretches between trails and normally avg 40 +-mph. A few questions...
- rpm at 40mph
- is it going to tolerate being wide open like this for long periods of time?
- how loud/obnoxious is the engine when pushing it this hard?

Curious if this could be an issue or not if i bought one.

the limiter kicks in at 42 and I just cruise at 40 no with no problems at all but it is really annoying It could easily but 50 mph

Yeah, I would say if you are looking to cruise at 40+MPH for extended periods of time you are going to get frustrated, it just isnt made to do that.
