I have a 700-4 and was wondering where do I find rops clamps? I want to build a tire carrier and don't know what size or where to purchase them. Any help is appreciated!

Ok, whent back and read the OP..

Nix what I posted and go with what @swsebek or @Ems-Cam said.
Probably be better if it fit tight without a layer of rubber.

Agreed but I have not found a clamp that fits. The layer of rubber is very thin and it is rock solid on mine, no issues what so ever.

Rubber would be fine to use inside but not needed with the bar clamps. And I believe they are a mild steel but if you search you will see all types
