There are a couple of people here that run them in the spring and summer I think most call them bug busters or that was the brand before @ohanacreek @joeymt33I see no threads about this cool wind-screen. Looks great to me!

I bought @joeymt33 original when I chopped his cage. It is GREAT during spring summer and fall. It doesn’t stop rain, but it stops big chunks of mud, rocks off other machines, and as the name implies bugs (spiders are especially prone to be in the middle of a trail). It’s much cooler in the summer vs a hard windscreen.

Does it cut down on air flow much or is it mostly keeping out bugs, rocks, etc?

It deflects a rock from someone’s tire just fine.Just keeps out bugs and stuff. Doubt it would stop a rock... I’ve never had a rock fly at the front of my machine though...

I did notice when I had one it did good at stopping a lot mud from other machines and at low speeds it mellowed rain out some.
I get rocks and mud sometimes behind a bike,my damn kids lol. At the slow speeds it really did seem to help some.I’ve only road in the rain with mine once. I don’t think it stopped much! I was soaked in under 3 minutes.
I’ve never been close enough to someone else to have rocks and mud thrown at me so I can’t confirm or deny. I just stay back when they are in that type situation... usually I’m leading our group though.
