They must be. Last November I bought a replacement screen for my P-500 and they sent me the wrong one. I have no idea which machine it was intended to fit. I tried for months to get Rogue to respond to my requests to maybe swap it out for the right product and they wouldn't answer or return my calls or emails. I finally got an email response from an Alice Johnson who said simply that they were reorganizing and are not responding to requests, "at this time." Bummer. I really like their product.
