P1000m5 Rescue rig build

Thought you guys might like to see the pioneer we are building as an offroad rescue rig for the fire department. Working on this rig is what made me go out and buy my own personal p1k5 here are pictures of the front bumper I just finished up. And the roof rack .I will have more pictures as I'm putting it back together. It has a full custom cage and fold down passenger seat so it can carry a stretcher.

Custom rear winch bumper .just powder coated.

Side shot of the roof rack . Also some strobe lights and 15" itp wheels with maxxis ceros .it's all tore apart right now getting everything powder coated . I'll have a bunch of pictures as I am putting it back together .

TheresTan inner frame that bolt to the roll cage mount and the frame down below the muffler .I'll get a picture of it as it's going back together.

Here is where we cut the front of the bed to get the stretcher in .the fold down seat is out getting upolstery now.

I figured you had some extra support besides rops mount since you're gonna use a winch. I plan to modify end of frame on mine to use a through bolt and nut. I've swapped rear bumpers/cages so much nut inside frame is stripped lol.

Thanks! It's what I do for a living. Also build racing quads and parts. Frame services and roll cages for drag cars and trailers .ramps .and what ever else anyone wants to pay me too do. Lol .

Make an affordable removable harness bar, much like BCF did. It looks like he only made a single run after the prototype. He got too busy with bigger projects to continue making them.
I know 3 guys I ride with that will buy them if the price is reasonable.
