LiFePO4, can put out high amps for starting, which the one you're looking at does (claimed 500 amps). But, this is smaller than most vehicle battery in terms of actual amp hour capacity, at only 4 amp hours. The stock battery Honda uses is about 12 AH. Starting in the cold could be an issue, as the procedure is to first apply a load to the battery to help warm it. See:

LiFePO4 in the cold

They note, correctly that in the cold, aside from "pre-heating" the battery by turning on headlights (a light bar would be better than the LED headlights in the newer models which don't take a lot of current), though most will probably have the light bar wired to the AUX battery - so headlights will have to do. Repeated starting attempts, with pausing a minute or two between attempts, to give the lithium a chance to warm, are recommended. However, with a small battery of only 4 AH, there may not be enough capacity to do the job. If you are not starting in the cold, no prob.

The Shorai LiFePO4, I've had in my Honda S2000 since 2017, is 36 AH (Pb equivalent) and 540 CCA. It has performed flawlessly, but the car isn't used much in the winter.
