Honda talon 2020 3k miles clutch replaced wiring harness replaced all connections have been tested checked and cleaned. Cannot get relearn to happen any thoughts on this?

Something in the engine dealing with the clutch replacement is probably not happy.

Yes have even had the dealer try to use a computer and still nothing. They have been going back and forth with tech line as they are confused as to what is happening

Anyone ever figure out the issue? I replaced the clutches on mine and now it won’t relearn and the low oil pressure light comes on? Could it be something stopped up from the clutches coming apart maybe like oil pump/oil screen/ or the oil pressure valve

Did you clean the valve body, oil tank and rear plate/oil pump?

The emergency valve should be inspected as well for scarring, it can stick.

Or you've knicked a seal on the main shaft.

I have not just changed all the oil and filters. Taking off in L/H is fine. Changing gears from 2-3 it acts the same way it was with the bad clutches and the at/mt light stays on. Will try checking out everything you said and see what I find

When the clutch is damaged it leaves large amounts of debris in the system.
This debris could be detrimental to the operation fo the clutch and may be part of the problem. But you may have other issues as well.

Keep in mind this is after the customer had changed the oil to try and solve their problem.
