Been thinking about that also just don't know how tall I want to go. Probably 26 or 27. Thanks Trigger.Looks good ghost! Could give you lots of suggestions but depends more on your needs. Bigger better tires makes a difference...
Thanks, yes I did weld it. On the tires, Honda recommends not going bigger but everyone I talk to says it makes a world of difference. I think the big difference would be weight cause it's really not going to give you much in the way of clearance. Been going back and forth on it myself.I too have been studying tires and am curious about the 26" vs. 27" differences. I like the rear basket. Did you weld it together?

Do spacers made the overall width wider?I went with 26" BH 2.0's. They gave me more clearance, now at 10 1/2". The 2.0's are lighter, not as heavy walled as the original BH's.
I would suggest after market wheels or at least 1" spacers for the stock wheels. This machine's a little tippy so if you go up you should go out.

Will that keep you out of 50" OHV trails though?Yep. I had 1" spacers on mine before I went with after market wheels. Put's you at 52" but way less pucker.
I deal with lava rock hear so I have to go with at least an 8 ply. Been looking at a10 ply radial, new brand Radial Pro. I've got a friend that has bought 24 of them for all his machines. He has about 5000 miles total (all machines) on the tires with no problems, not even a flat. Will that keep you out of 50" OHV trails though?
