P1000 Rear spring preload?

Shouldn't the P1000 come with a tool to adjust the rear spring preload ? Cannot find one in my new unit.

it would be darn nice and it should but mine doesn't either and neither did the 700. Maybe Honda only wanted that done by "qualified technicians " or something along those lines
