Just put a set on the new Pioneer. Worth every penny. took all of the play out of the door hinges. Adjusted the rubber door stop and now its exactly like you would expect from a new machine. Next it will be gasket to fill in the 1/2" gap around the doors.
How do I get prices etc on these hinge bushings?? Had to listen to my Polaris buddy all weekend whine about rattling doors in my 3 LE. I fixed the bed latches by slipping a piece of heater hose over the latches. Does anyone make anything aftermarket for the holes large enough to throw a cat through on the doors??

Search this on Amazon. I purchased the .53x.75 size after testing the gap on my cat just to verify size. Make sure that you get the BT adhesive backed gasket. BT is an industrial grade adhesive. Prep the area that the gasket is to be applied to by wiping it down with denatured alcohol.
