I wanted to run a second stock sized battery but did not want it placed high and in the front of the car. I contacted Jaimie Campbell at RaceCo and had him make me a bolt in (I don't weld) battery tray. It uses the front motor mount on the passenger side and clamps over the frame. This thing is well designed and stout AF. Picked it up today at the RaceCo shop. This is his prototype and they will likely be added to his website for sale. Here are a few pics of it mocked up in place and some of the projects in the RaceCo World Headquarters.

Nice. I thought about a sealed toolbox or something here as well.
Looks good.

I put my battery in a similar location but made my own bracket and welded it to the chassis....

With the battery tray mounted as far forward as OP's a header will not fit the machine without relocating the battery. I get not everyone wants to run an aftermarket exhaust but in case you do at some point it's something to think about.
