Public UTV areas in South Dakota

Does anyone have any good suggestions for riding in South Dakota? Obviously the Black Hills, but I am thinking more about eastern or S.E. SD.

I don't really know of anything east of Mitchell SD. Black Hills have something like 3,400 miles of trails.

I would love to find something in the Eastern part of the state.

About the only one worth considering outside of the Hills and Badlands is the off-road area at the State run Oahe down stream campground. You will need a park pass to ride on it.

When we camp in Pierre, this where we ride.

here’s a video I made last year with my drone in the area. It’s kinda messy as I was experimenting.
