It's tough to make a decision to cut products that I so much enjoyed designing and having made. The Talon intake pre-filter kits are my best selling product by a LONG shot with the seat risers running right behind that. I feel that I need to cut some of the lower selling items that are kept in stock in favor of the items that sell well and that I need a lot of inventory especially leading into the Sping/Summer riding season.

Items to be cut immediately are:
Under Seat Cargo boxes
Firewall Covers
Intake rain caps
Step Kickers

Inventory for the intake kit parts is very expensive and I have to order large quantities. That's one product that I know will sell so the investment is not a serious concern for me. The problem is having a few thousand dollars of inventory that takes 18 months to sell when I could have used those funds for more intake inventory. I don't like getting low on intake inventory because one of my stocking dealers may want an order at any time.

I have similar GOOD PROBLEMS... but bad.
Have considered pulling back on some things because I noticed we are not keeping up with what we have.
I also feel like dropping some vendors due to rolling out of stocks that make me look bad because I don't have time to check their webpage daily to update mine.

Take connectors as an example. I never wanted to get into the connector business. But you cant find them anywhere...
Profits are so low compared to the time invested in sourcing, ordering, and housing. Even though they are marked up like crazy, it's still only a few bucks for each sale. One of my custom products is equivalent to 20 connector orders in profit.

I really cant grow anymore until I get a larger building.

I feel your pain! The UNI filter that I sell with my intake kit is always very low inventory or out of stock at distributors.

Luckily for the Desertcraft kit, they make the pre-filters for me when I order since I'm the only customer for this item. That's good but the bad is it takes 7 weeks to get them. That means when I start getting low on inventory I have to forecast when to order and I always cut it close. This time I may have ordered too late, not expecting such a busy December and January. Ordering large quantities gets expensive quickly but I can't run out during the Spring and Summer busy time. My best-selling items are made for me so I don't have to rely on distributors, only manufacturers.

I wish distributors would let dealers know when they are out of stock. I can't check their inventory every day.
